Order Shipment
Your order will ship out within 1-5 business days after processing through the warehouse distribution center. Tracking information will be provided, including where to track your order, expected time of delivery and any additional information you may require.
Once your order is on route, the shipping time will depend on the type of order. Small items like kitchen appliances will arrive within 3-5 business days, while larger freight items might take 5-12 business days.
Please do note, if your order requires more time to arrive our team will reach out to you before processing your order to make sure you're fine with any additional wait time. This usually happens if the warehouse has a back-order or short delays.

Simple as 1,2,3. If you find another authorized retailer who's selling the same product at a lower price. Simply contact us, provide us the competitor's link to product and we will credit you the difference. Yep, that easy.
Terms and Conditions
- The competitor must be an Authorized Retailer of the item
- Discounter or auction websites like eBay, Overstock etc. don't apply
- Product must be new and match same specifications (original)
- Does not apply to promotions such as rebates, buy one get one free etc.
- Price match does not apply to out of stock items
- Price match includes tax and shipping (if charged)
Upon the arrival of your ordered item(s), you will have up to 30 days to return your purchased order. If any damages, defects, and or missing items are found, please contact us for a replacements instead of returning the entire order.
Returned product must be in its original package and in new/unused condition to qualify for any refund. If the product has been installed already, it can not be returned. Customized items are not eligible for return as well.
If you cancel your order before it's shipped out from a warehouse, we have a $50 cancellation fee for any items above $1,000 USD. If the item(s) had shipped and arrived, we charge a 15% restocking fee unless the item was defected. Lifestyle Vivid does not cover shipping fees for return items, our customer reps will assist you through out the entire returning process to give you a peace of mind.
